1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RadioLog Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must not use or access the Application.
2. Amateur Radio Regulations and Compliance
RadioLog Pro is designed as an operational logging aid for licensed amateur radio operators, shortwave listeners (SWLs), and radio hobbyists. You agree to utilize the Application in compliance with all relevant amateur radio laws, frequency allocations, power restrictions, and licensing rules established by your national telecommunications authority (such as the FCC, IARU, ITU, or regional equivalents). You are solely responsible for ensuring your logged contacts reflect legitimate, authorized amateur transmissions.
3. Local Data Storage & User Responsibility for Backups
RadioLog Pro operates on an offline-first architecture, storing all logbook databases locally on your device. We do not maintain remote cloud copies of your QSO records. As such:
You are solely responsible for regularly exporting and backing up your log data (via ADIF or CSV exports).
We assume no liability for any loss, corruption, or inability to recover QSO records resulting from device damage, app uninstallation, storage clearing, or operating system updates.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Data Accuracy
RadioLog Pro provides optional integrations with external services, including QRZ.com and DX Cluster servers. While these features facilitate automated lookup and spot monitoring, we make no guarantees regarding the continuous uptime, data accuracy, or completeness of third-party services. RadioLog Pro is not affiliated with or endorsed by QRZ.com.
5. Subscriptions & Refunds
Certain features (such as DX Cluster access, advanced stats, or multi-profile management) may require a Pro subscription. All billing transactions are managed by Google Play Billing according to Google's standard terms. Subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund requests must be managed through your Google Play account settings.
6. Customer Support Policy and Communications
RadioLog Pro provides a built-in "Contact Support" system to assist users with technical issues, feedback, and feature suggestions:
Support Scope: Support is provided for troubleshooting application malfunctions, explaining logging workflows, investigating bug reports, and receiving user feedback. Support does not guarantee custom software development or specialized hardware integration.
Response Times: We make reasonable commercial efforts to respond to support inquiries within 12 to 48 hours following submission. Response times may vary depending on ticket volume, weekends, holidays, and inquiry complexity.
User Conduct: You agree to engage with our support team courteously. You may not submit messages that are abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, fraudulent, spam, or intended to disrupt support operations. We reserve the right to decline assistance to anyone engaging in abusive behavior.
Technical Diagnostic Data: When submitting a message through the in-app support system, non-sensitive diagnostic metadata (such as app version number and Android OS version) may be included to assist our technical team in reproducing and resolving reported issues.
7. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Uses
RadioLog Pro, including its source code, user interface design, assets, branding, and documentation, is the proprietary property of the developer and is protected under intellectual property laws. RadioLog Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular radio logging purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application or any data loss.
